The listing is the only thing the buyer actually reads before deciding. And yet, in 80% of the accounts we audit it hasn’t been rewritten since the product was first launched. Copy reads like a tech spec, the hero image is the white-background photo the factory sent, and A+ isn’t even unlocked via Brand Registry.

The consequences compound. A CVR below category average hurts your organic ranking (Amazon sends traffic to listings that convert better), raises your CPC in PPC (worse relevance score), and leaves 20-40% of the sales your product could capture sitting on the table compared with top-performing competitors.

How long does it take to see CVR lift after a listing relaunch?

New copy and imagery start collecting traffic from day 1, but CVR doesn’t stabilize until 200-500 new sessions come in. On SKUs with mid traffic (1,000+ sessions/day), impact shows in 7-14 days. On low-traffic SKUs we measure in monthly cohorts. We report CVR before/after with implicit A/B via hero image rotation when volume allows.

Do you handle photography or do you use mine?

Both. If you have recent professional photography, we reuse and edit it for Amazon (composition, background, annotations, lifestyle vs. product). If it’s missing or outdated, we coordinate a session with a marketplace-specialist product photographer or produce infographic images with 3D rendering. The brief, creative direction and approvals go through your assigned senior strategist.

Do I need Brand Registry for A+ Premium?

Yes, A+ Premium requires Brand Registry and either reaching a sales threshold or having previously published standard A+ content. If Brand Registry isn’t active, we activate it in week 1 (included in scope) — the process takes 2-10 days depending on country and brand. Without Brand Registry you can still have standard A+, which already delivers much of the CVR lift.

How do you measure the real impact of a listing change?

We work with three metrics: CVR (Brand Analytics), top-of-search impression rate and indexed keywords. Before the relaunch we mark a baseline of each metric; after relaunch we monitor for 30 days and report deltas. When traffic volume allows we run a split test by rotating hero images. We don’t use sales alone — concurrent PPC changes or seasonality would contaminate the signal.

Do you handle listings in multiple languages?

Yes. For brands in European marketplaces (DE, IT, FR, NL, PL, BE, SE, IE, UK) we work each language natively — not machine translation. Country-specific keyword research, copy adapted to local search expressions, A+ modules with localized assets. For US we work in native English. We speak Spanish, English, German, Italian, French and Portuguese in-house.
